목숨을 걸고 빛나라.
닌자의 세계에 예부터 있었다는 수수께끼의 물총 대회 '피치 비치 스플래쉬', 일명 'PBS' 대회장에 갑자기 끌려오게 된 닌자들.
몹시 어설프지만 익숙한 Mr.K와 Miss R의 설명에 따르면 대회에서는 기본적으로 워터건으로 싸워야 하며, 닌자의 특수능력은 모두 사용이 금지된다. 또한, PBS가 종료될 때까지 아무도 이 섬에서 나갈 수 없다.
대회 중에는 선인, 악인 할 것 없이 우승을 하게되면 뭐든 원하는 것을 얻을 수 있게 되는데….
과연 누가 어떤 목적으로 이 PBS를 개최한 것일까? 그것을 밝히려면 대회에서 끝까지 살아 남아야 한다.

- 지루하고 오글거리는 스토리와 연출
- 조준따위 필요없는 지나치게 심플한 게임성
- 갈수록 평면적이고 매력없는 캐릭터들
- 지긋지긋하게 우려먹는 마네킹같은 모델링
- 채색 밀도가 낮은 일러스트
- 일러스트와 상당한 괴리가 있는 애니메이션 컷씬 작화
역시나 이런 류를 좋아할 수 있는 사람에게는 훌륭한 게임.

요 근래 얘들이 하라는 닌자는 안하고 동물옷 입고 핀볼하고, 김밥 입에물고 음식 만들고,
학교로가서 요기조기 안마하더니만 이제 수영장에서 총싸움까지? 이러고 스쳐가기 딱 좋은데.
얘는 섬란카쿠라 외전이 아니라 본편임. 닌자가 물총싸움을 왜? 라고 생각하기 시작하면 답없음.
누구도 원래 시나리오가 뭐였는지 얘들이 뭔 얘기를 하는지 크게 관심은 없을듯 하지만.
최종화 앞둔 시점에서 바로 직전에 출시된 본편이 얘임.
지금까지 해왔다면 뭔가 안하면 찝찝한 상황.
핀볼, 미연시, 음식은 외전이고 얘는 아님.
물론 이미 사실상 유미가 주인공이 되고 닌자가 물총쏘는게 정사가 된 마당에
이제와서 외전이고 아니고가 무슨 의미가 있을까만.
이정도로 막장으로가면 사실 끝이 어찌될지 궁금하긴 함.
아스카가 주인공이였단 사실을 그래도 기억은 해줘야하지 않겠음.
