게임 자체는 기타 무쌍류보다 확실히 완성도가 높습니다. 무쌍류게임들은 개성이 불분명하거나 심각하게 안 좋은 캐릭터들은 보통 버려지기 마련인데 본 게임은 멀티 대전에서 성능때문에 어쩔 수 없이 버려지는 캐릭은 있을지라도 개성이 부족해서 버려지는 캐릭터는 없었습니다. 각기 다른 캐릭터별로 연출, 성격, 조작감등이 달라 확실히 다른 캐릭터를 한다는 느낌을 받았으며 추가 스토리가 없는 DLC캐릭이 아닌 이상 캐릭터를 소홀히 대한다는 느낌이 없었습니다. 기본적으로 수많은 쫄 정리만 십여분 -> 중간보스, 보스전 이런 구도의 무쌍게임이 아니라 적당히 결집된 쫄 정리 -> 바로 보스전의 빠른 흐름이라 다른 무쌍게임보다 빨리 질리지 않는 점도 무쌍게임으로서의 완성도를 높였다고 생각합니다.

젖구라 시리즈 중 가장 잘 만든 게 개인적으로 EV가 아닐까 싶다.
B급게임에 스토리는 신경 안쓰기 마련이지만 슴가와 궁딩이만 보기엔 잘 짜여져있다.
전작보다 그래픽이 2D의 캐릭터를 위화감 없게 표현되었고 비전인법 쓸 때 무비컷처럼
시점변환이 되며 몰입감을 준다.
신사라면 한번쯤 해볼 탈의실에서 자세 변경 등 전작보다 모션이 많고
원하는 시노비의 신체를 만져 호감도를 올린다음 키스를 할 수 있는 재미있는 요소도 있다.
