세계 대전 이후, 열강 3국의 이권을 위해 탄생한 자유 무역 도시 발할라. 열강 3국은 발할라의 통제를 위해 발할라에 군대를 허용하지 않습니다. 그 결과 발할라의 치안은 언제나 불안한 상황을 피할 수 없었고 이에 발할라 10년 발할라 정부는 큰 결단을 하게 됩니다.
트러블슈터의 탄생
늘어나는 범죄를 통제하기 위해 민간 해결사들에게 수사, 체포권을 허락합니다. 그리고 이들을 트러블슈터라고 부르게 됩니다.
여러분의 이야기의 시작 그리고 모두의 이야기
그리고 또 10년이 흘러갑니다. 그리고 20살의 알버스는 정식 트러블슈터가 됩니다. 알버스는 홀로 외롭게 회사를 운영하기 시작하지만 사건 해결 과정에서 새로운 동료를 영입하게 됩니다. 이렇게 회사에 입사하는 동료들은 모두 합류하게 된 동기와 뒷이야기를 가지고 있습니다. 여러분은 이러한 이야기를 따라가는 과정에서 발할라에서 발생하는 다양한 사건을 경험하게 됩니다.

트러블슈터의 모든 캐릭터는 자신 고유의 전문화된 직업을 가지고 있습니다. 각 직업은 성장을 통해 상위 직업으로 전직할 수 있으며 전직 가능한 상위 직업에 따라 캐릭터의 전술적 활용을 마음껏 변경할 수 있습니다.
트러블슈터의 모든 캐릭터는 자신의 레벨과 직업에 맞춰 다양한 특성을 자유롭게 습득할 수 있습니다. 이러한 습득된 특성들은 조합에 따라 추가적인 특성 효과를 발생시킵니다. 이를 활용하여 여러분은 여러분 고유의 전술을 위한 캐릭터를 만들어 갈 수 있습니다.
이러한 특성은 기본적으로 캐릭터의 성장을 통해 습득합니다. 하지만 대부분의 경우, 다양한 특성을 가진 적들로부터 해당 특성을 획득할 수 있습니다. 즉, 적의 고유한 패턴을 여러분의 일부로 만들 수 있습니다.

SRPG가 할 수 있는 상상력
캐릭터의 합류에 따라 각 캐릭터가 가지는 역할에 맞는 컨텐츠가 언락됩니다. 사냥꾼 직업을 가진 캐릭터가 영입되면 야수를 길들일 수 있고 엔지니어가 영입되면 드론을 제작할 수 있습니다.

Valhalla is a free trading nation erected by three world powers for their own benefits after the world war. In an attempt to control the nation, the three world powers banned the army from Valhalla. Due to these circumstances, public order in Valhalla is always unstable and thus after ten years the Valhalla government made a bold decision.
The birth of Troubleshooter
The Valhalla government granted civilians the right to investigate and arrest criminals in order to lower the rising crime rate. People call them Troubleshooter.
The beginning of your and everyone else's stories
10 years have passed since the introduction of the troubleshooter system. Albus, a 20-year-old young man, becomes an official troubleshooter. Albus first starts his company on his own but soon takes in many colleagues as he solves more cases. All these new members of the company have their own motivations and stories. You will be experiencing a variety of missions in Valhalla through their stories.
Specialized classes. Over 800 masteries. More than 400 additional masteries
All characters in Troubleshooter have their own unique classes. Each character can rank up to the upper class, and the role of your character changes according to the class.
All characters in Troubleshooter can acquire various masteries according to their levels and classes. Furthermore, you can activate additional effects by combinations of masteries. Utilizing this, you can make a character for your unique strategy.
Such masteries can be acquired by leveling your character up. However, in most cases, you can acquire masteries from enemies. In other words, you can take your enemies' unique traits and apply them to your characters.

There are more than 100 unique missions in Troubleshooter. All missions are designed independently, and all of them have their own unique circumstances.

Troubleshooter uses more than 300 cut scenes to portray the story.
The creativity SRPG can have
As new characters join your company, playable content will be unlocked according to their roles. For example, if you recruit a hunter character, you will be able to tame beasts. You will be able to craft drones if you recruit engineers.

모든 사람의 취향을 만족시키는 건 불가능하다. 하지만 그럼에도 불구하고 대중적인 취향이라는 것은 존재한다. 하지만 이 게임의 방향성은 철저히 마이너하다. 솔직히 말하면 한국에서는 한물 간 장르다. 롤이나 배그 같은 게임을 하면서 자란 요즘 애들이 이 게임을 한다면 긍정적인 평가를 얻기가 쉽지 않을 것이다.
그래서 나는 이 게임의 제작진에게 고마움을 느낀다. 나는 어렸을때 부터 창세기전, 파랜드 택틱스 등을 하면서 자란 골수 RPG 마니아다. 요즘은 이런 게임을 하고 싶어도 할 수가 없다. 제작에 들어가는 노력에 비해 성과가 시원치 않으니 작품이 잘 나올리가 있겠는가.

인터페이스나 플레이 방식 가지고 엑스컴이랑 비교하는 경우가 많은데, 그건 이 게임이 엑스컴이랑 같은 턴제전략 장르다보니 어쩔 수 없다고 봄. 다만 방향성은 엑스컴이랑 완전히 다른게 맞다. 턴제전략이라는 장르는 동일하지만, 이건 RPG가 하나 더 붙었다. 그리고 그 차이는 의외로 체감 크게 됨.
