내가 15년동안 건랜스 외길까지는 아니고 주력으로 써온 사람인데 이 rotoRl들은 한번도 건랜스한테 전성기를 주지 않았어. 라이즈 1.0때는 와씨 건랜스 존나 할만해졌네? 어어 막 날아다녀 왘ㅋㅋㅋ 했는데 2.0부터 포격 레벨이 여기가 끝인가?... 하다가 3.0와서는 할말을 잃었다 이 rotoRl들아 니들이 사람새끼냐? 포격은 또 Tlqkf 육질무시 쥐ㅈ딜에 쥐ㅈ같은 화속성으로 언제까지 갈건데? 이럴거면 건랜스에 속성은 왜 달아놓냐? qt새끼들아 그리고 Tlqkf 전건협은 무슨 얼어뒤질 전건협;; 건랜스는 이때까지 단 한번도 사기 무기였던 적이 없어요;; 뭐 Tlqkf 쌨던적이 있어야 약한무기 코스프레라도 하지;; 아 그러고보니 미국간 수중전에선 쓸만은 했다 ㅡㅡ
어쨌든 게임은 재밌음

좀만 해봤는데 확실히 재미는 있다. 그러나 게임을 하는 내내 왜 이렇게 바꿨지? 라는 의문이 머릿속에서 떠나지 않는다. 때문에 리뷰는 '몬스터헌터 월드 : 아이스 본' 과의 비교를 메인으로 적는게 편할것같다.
몬스터헌터 라이즈는 뉴비 친화적이던 이전작에서 뉴비들을 흡수했다면 이번작에서 뉴비들을 정착시키겠다는 마음이 보이는 작품이다. 때문에 시리즈 전통으로 이어지던 고질병을 여럿 개선한 모습을 보이는데, 대표적으로 전작의 더럽게 넓은 거점과 쓸대없는 컷씬 때문에 시간잡아먹는 개똥같이 번거로운 요소들을 해결하거나, 게임에 적응할 시간을 주는 솔플 전용퀘인 마을퀘스트의 개설, 병1신 같은 접수원의 변화와 수준급의 최적화가 그 예시이다.또한 전작의 경우 쓰래기같은 기본룩에 가죽만 붙여파는 버러지같은 경우가 상당했는데, 이번작의 경우 월드 출신 몬스터를 제외하고는 고유룩이 대거 투입되면서 수렵의 재미라는 몬헌 근본의 재미가 되살아난 느낌이 있다.
이번작의 신규 시스템인 밧줄벌래도 칭찬할 요소이다. 헌터의 움직임이 확실히 입체적인 기동으로 변화되는건 물론이고, 다양한 활용 기술과, 이동기들은 플레이를 다채롭게 만들어주고 ㅈ같은 몬스터들의 억까에서 살아남을 수 있도록 도와준다.
교체기술 얘기를 안하고 넘어갈수는 없는데, 확실히 하나의 무기로 다양한 플레이를 지양하는 시도는 굉장히 훌률했고, 이는 무기들의 정형화된 플레이를 개선하는데 어느정도 기여했으니 칭찬해 마땅하지만, 아쉬움이 있다면 모든 교체기술들이 채용가치가 있어 이를 여럿 사용해보며 플레이 스타일을 분화하는 무기가 있는 반면, 특정 기술이 지나치게 비효율적이라 그럼에도 여전히 정형화된 무기가 있단 점이다.
