우기와 건기

반복되는 가뭄에 대비하세요. 식량을 비축하고 강이 메마른 후에도 밭과 숲을 유지하세요. 땅을 경작할 수 있도록 자연 상수원과 인공 수도 시설을 활용하세요.

강 통제

미래의 비버들은 천 년에 이르는 경험 덕분에 물공학에 탁월합니다. 댐과 수문을 건설하고, 폭발물로 운하를 파고, 강물의 흐름을 돌려 황무지에 생명의 숨결을 불어넣으세요. 다만 다이너마이트만 조심하면 됩니다.

목재펑크

목재로 물레방아나 제재소에서 엔진과 분쇄기에 이르는 현대적인 기계장치를 만드세요. Timberborn에서 목재는 핵심 자원이지만, 고급 건축물을 지으려면 금속이 필요합니다. 금속을 찾기 위해 구세계로 수색팀을 보내세요.

수직 건축

수직 건축물을 지어 비버 정착지를 번영시키세요. 공간이 제한되어 있으니 비버 수가 늘어날수록 주택과 공장을 쌓아 올리고, 플랫폼과 다리를 건설하며, 전력망을 설립하세요.

낮과 밤의 주기

효율적인 생산 방식과 야간 활동으로 다양한 구역으로 나뉜 도시를 건설하세요. 독립적으로 시뮬레이트 되는 비버의 일생을 따르고 다음 세대가 태어나는 걸 축하하세요!

복지

Mankind turned Earth into a dry wasteland and perished, but some species adapted and evolved. Pick one of the beaver factions and see how long your colony can last.

Beaver societies

Control one of two beaver factions: the nature-friendly Folktails or the industrious Iron Teeth. Each faction has a unique style, buildings, and gameplay traits. Choose what fits your playstyle!

Wet and dry seasons

Prepare your settlement for recurring droughts. Stockpile on food and keep fields and forests alive even after rivers dry up. Rely on both natural water sources and artificial irrigation to keep the land arable.

River control

Beavers of the future have millennia of experience in water engineering. Put up dams and floodgates, dig canals with explosives, and redirect rivers to bring life back to the wasteland. Just be careful with that dynamite.

Lumberpunk

Turn timber into sophisticated machinery – from water wheels and sawmills to engines and shredders. Wood is the core resource in Timberborn, but the most advanced structures require metal. To find it, send your scavengers to the ruins of the old world.

Vertical architecture

Create a thriving beaver settlement using a vertical architecture system. Space is limited, so stack lodges and workshops on top of each other, construct platforms and bridges, and set up a power grid for your growing population.

Day and night cycle

Build a multi-district city with efficient production chains and nighttime activities. Follow the lives of individually simulated inhabitants throughout their day and celebrate when the next generation is born!

Wellbeing

An evolved beaver's lifestyle is not just "work, sleep and chomp on wood". Satisfy the needs of your rodents with a balanced diet, decorations, monuments, and more – on top of keeping the colony alive.

Map editor

Play on one of the included maps or create your own and share it with the community! With hills of different heights, ruins scattered in the desert, and all life depending on access to water, each map poses a different challenge.

솔직히 지금 상태로는
1.이 게임이 지닌 개성에 대한 감성이 굉장히 마음에 드는 사람
2.나는 새로운 컨텐츠를 찾고, 겪으면서 즐기기보다, 스스로 심시티로 꾸미는 맛이나 다이너마이트 등으로 지형을 바꿔보고, 이래저래 맵을 건들이고, 바꾸고 하면서 노는 것만으로도 그 여러 시도와 그 과정자체에 재미를 즐길 수 있는 사람.
3.지갑에 여유가 많고, 시간은 여유가 없던가, 게임이 좀 참신하기만하면 짧게만 즐겨도 만족하는 사람.
4.결국 과정은 비슷해도, 맵이 다르면 또 새로운 마음으로 게임을 즐길 수 있는 사람.
에게만 추천합니다.
+ 총 10시간가까이 좀 더 해서 상위테크들도 다 경험해봤습니다.
예상한 그대로고, 별로 생각이 달라질만한 점은 없었습니다.
다만, 초반에는 물펌프-수조로 수조용량을 늘리는 방식으로 가는데.
후반 자원이 쌓이면 다이너마이트나 자원들 써가면서 땅을 깊고 넓게 저수조로 만들고, 제방으로 쌓아올리면서 진짜 현실 댐처럼 건기에도 끄떡 없을만한 거대 댐을 만드는 건 독특한 재미긴 합니다.

 

 

 

사이트리뷰[Review]: (소개부분에 링크)

재미는 있지만, 그것 외로 별다른 즐길거리( 새로운 해금이라든가, 혹은 이벤트성 역경)도 없어서 뻘짓을 하지 않는 이상에는 앵간해서는 그냥 던져두면 게임 안끝나요... 식량은 만 단위가 넘어가게 꽉꽉 차있는데 그 숫자가 오히려 불어나서 일부러 생산 중단하고, 물도 인구를 생각없이 늘리는 식으로 플레이하지 않는 다음에는 물탱크 절반용량정도면 가뭄도 끝나죠.
확실히 비버로 마을을 꾸려나가며 생존하는 그 재미는 확실히 보장되지만 후반 컨텐츠가 어떻게 보충될지는 얼리억세스 기간동안 꾸준히 지켜보며 기대하는 수 밖에 없네요.
